Nape Michael Moloto is a construction industry executive and project management specialist with over 27 years of experience across building and civil engineering in South Africa and the Southern African region. As Executive Director of M2M Projects — a position he has held for 17 years — he has led the delivery of large-scale housing, infrastructure, and institutional projects for clients including the Development Bank of Southern Africa, Limpopo Department of Human Settlement, and the Universities of Cape Town and UNISA.

Michael holds professional registrations with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Technologist Engineer and with the South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as a Professional Construction Manager. He has served on the Disciplinary Committee of the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) for three consecutive nine-year terms, and as a Senior Executive Committee member of the Master Builders Association (MBA) of South Africa for six years — reflecting the depth of trust the industry places in his judgement and professional standing.
